John Clark is the Vice President at Greenwood Sustainable Infrastructure (GSI) where he is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting. Previously, he was Director of Accounting at Greenwood Energy, and Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Immune Pharmaceuticals, a publicly traded, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Over the previous 18 years, John held senior finance and accounting positions with various global, growth-oriented technology companies, primarily leading the accounting functions and financial reporting for publicly traded companies. John began his career as an auditor at the public accounting firms of Rothstein Kass (now part of KPMG) and then American Express Tax and Business Services and Goldstein Golub Kessler (now part of RSM).
John holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair State University.
